Aesthetics for me is about enhancing natural beauty with a skilled artistic view. It is not about radically changing a person’s appearance but refining and highlighting existing features to allow a person to look like the best version of themselves.

Individualised treatment is the hallmark of medical aesthetics. I recognise that everyone has unique characteristics, and I will individually tailor treatments, holistically, to achieve optimal results. Used together, advanced aesthetic skills and the artistry of beauty enhancement can empower people to embrace their own characteristics and natural beauty, whilst promoting self-confidence and well-being.

As a registered Nurse specialist and Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner I prioritise safety, ethics and trust to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals and feel confident in their own skin. Continuing professional development within aesthetics is extremely important to me. I promise to keep learning and developing to allow me to be the best Aesthetics Practitioner for you.

I studied Nursing at Edinburgh Napier University, graduating in 2009 with a Batchelor of Nursing degree. Once qualified, I worked for 12 years in acute medical settings, including High Dependency in Glasgow and Edinburgh. I qualified as a Nurse Specialist in 2021 and am currently still working as a Nurse Specialist for the NHS as well as being an Aesthetics Practitioner and owning DermaConfidence. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, regulated by Health Improvement Scotland and fully insured.

I completed accredited training programmes in Medical Aesthetics at two world-renowned HIS registered training academies, who are both fully insured with Hamilton Fraser.
